**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**
We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a visionary and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Cardiology Service. Our service performs advanced interventional procedures, including Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, and has expanded to insert complex devices like ICDs, PPMs, and CRTs. As an NP, you will provide specialist care and ongoing management for heart failure patients across the Bay of Plenty, with clinics in Tauranga and Whakatāne.
In a secondary hospital setting, this role offers diverse experience with various cardiac conditions, including heart failure, pre-transplant preparation, CRT optimisation, and potential involvement in arrhythmia and Adult Congenital Heart clinics. As the health system evolves, it is an ideal time to join our team and drive service improvement.
We are offering a permanent part-time position working 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week). We are seeking someone passionate about enhancing patient care and eager to adopt new, responsive approaches to meet both acute and long-term health needs.

- Strong knowledge of cardiac conditions, including heart failure, pre-transplant preparation, and CRT optimisation.
