Are you passionate about photography and creating engaging content? Do you have an eye for capturing the perfect shot? We’re looking for someone with creative flair to help us create high-quality content for our clients’ social media platforms.

We’re a small digital marketing agency, proudly owned and operated by two sisters. With one on maternity leave and the other living overseas, we’re in need of a talented individual to step in and help us capture stunning content for our clients.

**About the Role**:

- ** Type**: Casual, approximately 1-2 shoots per month.
- ** Content Focus**:

- Imagery/videos of completed construction projects (e.g., finished builds).
- Candid shots of the team working on-site during project progress.
- Short videos showcasing work-in-progress and completed projects for use in Instagram reels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our growing business, with potential to expand into broader marketing, social media, and content creation responsibilities in 2025.

**What We Provide**:

- ** Tools**: Most content can be captured using an iPhone, but we can provide a professional camera for high-quality imagery.
- **Direction**: You’ll receive shot lists and detailed briefs for each shoot, ensuring clarity and purpose for the content needed.
- ** Creative Freedom**: While we provide guidance, we value your artistic flair and encourage you to bring your creative insights to every shoot.

**About You**:

- Proven ability to capture high-quality imagery and engaging content.
- A background in photography is a plus but not essential.
- Skilled at following direction while also bringing creative ideas to the table.
- Strong attention to detail, with a knack for creating visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with capturing videos for social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Comfortable working on-site at construction locations.
