**Looking for Community Registered Nurse to join our amazing Hawkes Bay team**

Fixed Term Full time position, based in Hawkes Bay( to cover Parental Leave) with possibility to extend or become permanent

Community Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists contribute to the delivery of our home-based support service by:

- Co-ordinating, leading, and delivering professional responsive goal and client orientated focused home care service
- Developing effective relationships with Key Agencies including NASC and ACC
- Provide support to clients, families and support workers.
- To ensure clients and support workers are safe and adhere to the Access policies and procedures

We are looking for people who share our dedication to work in support of the elderly, people with disabilities and people recuperating from injury and illness.

Requirements are:

- Current Annual Practising Certificate
- Minimum 2 years post grad experience( preferred)
- NZ citizenship/ Residency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good Computer literacy

As per the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations Order), Health and Disability workers must be fully vaccinated and comply with the booster shot requirement. We'll need to collect this evidence of your vaccinations during our recruitment process.
