Front of House/barista

We are looking for a presentable, honest, reliable people with great attitude, to join our hard-working team.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting Front of House staff with preparing coffees and other drinks
- Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
- Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards
- Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed
- Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use
- Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas
- Assisting other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner
- Flexibility to help serve customers if required
- Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders
- Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.

Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations and procedures would be an advantage.

Relevant Qualifications or Experience would be an advantage but not necessary, as training will be provided.

Weekends work is required.
