**The Business**
Rhino's Ski Shack is a bustling bar in the heart of Queenstown. We are one of the busiest bars in Queenstown and need your help with potentially one of the busiest years yet We like to come in hot, and we require someone who's willing to go the whole way with us.

**The Role**
Our security team is the first point of contact for all of our customers along with being a direct extension of our brand. It is vital that you provide a warm welcome to our guests and continue that rapport throughout the evening. Your role includes:

- Proactively monitoring intoxication levels within our site
- Reporting and coordinating with the head of security
- Managing and de escalating conflict
- Upholding the sale and supplier of Liquor Act 2012
- Checking ID’s

**Skills / Experience**
- Be able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Communicate effectively
- Be trustworthy and mature
- Be able to control tricky situations and conversations responsibly
- Share the passion we have for our brand and demonstrate this

Working weekends is essential, we are looking for flexible applicants who are able to commit to late nights.

**In return for your dedication and commitment, we offer**:

- Competitive pay - $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience, and $30 to $35 per hour if you have a COA
- Industry leading training - we invest in your professional development and will pay for you to get your COA if you do not have one
