**What will you do?**
This is an exciting Christchurch based opportunity for a proactive and organised Coordinator to support the Operations Health & Safety team in driving a positive safety culture across our NZ villages. We are looking for someone who is agile, willing to learn, and delivers exceptional results in a fast-paced, and sometimes demanding, environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring, reviewing and closing out incidents reports that are reported through our electronic health & safety system Donesafe, and escalate when needed
- Assisting in some investigations
- Providing support, troubleshooting and training for Donesafe, so excellent verbal communication is important
- Producing monthly reports and slide presentations
- Coordinating monthly health & safety meetings and quarterly national forums

**Who are you?**
- You have coordinator/admin experience within a large organisation and in a fast-paced role; ideally you will have some Health & Safety knowledge within a company setting.
- While full training will be given on our Donesafe system, you must be computer savvy and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- You have exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance competing demands
- You think strategically and are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get down to the practical work too
