**Responsible for all aspects including but may not only be limited to:**:
- Oversee and work in all areas each week and have a complete understanding of all job duties.
- Manage administrative and Reception duties using the Reservation Management System.
- Manage security arrangements, maintain lodging facilities, garden and properties to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Work collectively to ensure that the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of motel.
- Ensure that employee performance and wage reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Make the reservation.
- Demonstrate and facilitate cooperation, teamwork, and high morale of staff.
- Maintain the motel's online booking system, and reviewing customer satisfaction.
- Manage rates and 3rd party websites.
- Manage with staff issues as needed.
- Support front office duties and resolve problems as needed and solve all concerns.
- Greet and register guests. Provide Motel guests with tourism and transportation information when requested.
- Collect payment and record money earned and spent.
- Ensure accurate records are kept of any purchases of products, services and services provided by the motel.
- Answer questions about motel policies and services, along with customer complaints.
- Manage accounting, purchase supplies and services as needed.
- Assign duties to staff and schedule shifts.
- Provide friendly and competent customer service.
- Achieve financial targets and sales growth.
- Ensure the Motel operation and facilities comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
Need to have a full license, able to travel by yourself.
Have stable and reliable working hours.
Long-term legal rights to work.
Clean police or drug records.
Relevant and qualified qualifications and experience.
