We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Consultant, either a Mid or Senior level to join their team, in a permanent capacity.

**What you will do**:
You will be supporting a wide range of internal stakeholders, providing support for existing and business systems, as well as infrastructure and systems. This is a great stepping stone role, with scope to develop down the Application Support/BA path in future.

You will work within a close knit team, and have the benefit of Technical Specialists around you to allow you to resolve issues quickly and learn and develop on the job.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Commercial Helpdesk experience of at least 2-3 years
- A strong interest in Applications/Business Systems
- A positive, can do attitude with a natural affinity for end users.
