**About the Company**:
Our client comprises a highly skilled, and complex workforce, providing essential services across the Bay of Plenty.

**About the role**:
As a Recruitment Advisor you will be working collaboratively with leaders, and colleagues within the People & Culture team, to deliver positive recruitment outcomes. You will deliver a high quality, accurate and timely level of service to both applicants and Hiring Managers across the organisation.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial job briefings and develop and implement recruitment plans for vacancies
- Prepare and post advertising on internal and external job boards
- Participate in the selection process, including assisting with initial screening, interviews and reference checking

This is a full time Permanent position, working 40 hours per week.

**About You**:

- Well developed interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and the ability to advise, educate and influence stakeholders
- Strong relationship building skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Be a team player, with a positive and flexible attitude
- Strong administration and computer skills, with at least Intermediate level competency with using Microsoft products
- Strong focus on professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail
- Receptive to change and capable of working proactively in a dynamic work environment

- Be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Be a NZ Citizen, permanent resident or already hold the appropriate Work Visa to work in NZ
- Hold a current Full Class 1 NZ Drivers licence
