Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the **3IC- VM** for our **NIKE **store in **Sylvia Park, Auckland.**

- Retail Prodigy Grou_p_ holds the master retail franchise holder for _NIKE_ Stores across Australia and New Zealand, the distribution rights for the ethical footwear company, _TOMS and more recently announced as the Samsung Electronics _Retail Operations Partner for Samsung Experience Stores across Australia. With a current portfolio of 48 stores we are a team of talented and passionate retailers, committed to setting a new benchmark in retail.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide support to the Store Leadership Team to help achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience._ You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG’s values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front, coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the RPG community.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a store leadership or key holder role, working with a team to succeed
- Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience_
- Experience in _Winning the Day_; through meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
- CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business
- The motivation to COACH and inspire your team mates to reach their personal best
- ENERGY and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you
