Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises four key areas: Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital.
We have an exciting and transformational plan ahead designed to modernise our infrastructure and technology platform, delivering life changing digital technology for the people we manage and our staff.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
We're currently looking an experienced and passionate individual to take up an exciting new role, focussing on a wide range of opportunities to enable productivity, communication and collaboration for our staff.
As the Manager Digital Workplace Systems, you'll also have the opportunity to:

- Lead a team focussed on delivering solutions that improve the way our staff work through technology and workplace services, including collaboration, productivity tools, integration, mobile technology
- Ensure the maintenance and security and integrity of the associated systems and data
- Manage product backlogs, product-specified architecture and work programmes
- Maintain and guide our capability and capacity to fix and enhance the product
- You'll also provide leadership and direction in support of Corrections outcomes.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
In addition to being across current technology trends and technologies, we're looking for someone who can bring:

- Strong experience from within a digital workplace arena, delivering technical solutions
- Fantastic communications and interpersonal skills enabling you to leverage your relationships with a range of customers and stakeholders
- The ability to effectively lead and manage a team responsible for the management and support of a key digital workplace system
- At least five years' experience in Product Management of cloud-based collaboration tools, asynchronous technologies, workforce solutions, digitalisation and automation, mobile apps, and internet of things (IoT) that enable productive workplaces.
