**About the role**

We are looking for a Refrigerated Container (Reefer) Administrator to provide administrative assistance and customer support for our NZ Cool business.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Processing data from jobs performed by Reefer Technicians, ensuring the information is entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Processing and reconciling data across multiple systems
- Collation of quotes, work orders and approvals
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Hours of work flexible

**About you**

You pride yourself on your attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management skills. You work well autonomously or in a team environment and are able to multitask.

Experienced in the Microsoft suite and able to learn new customer service systems and are confident making improvements.
