Maxima Botany

We are looking for a passionate _2IC _to help lead our _Maxima Botany_ store in _NZ_ on a full-time basis._

- Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
- What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development- Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
