**About the Company**:
Our client is a well-established and family-oriented company in Taupo. They are known for their expertise in Home Ventilation Systems and have a nationwide network of sales and installation experts. They have built a strong team of 12 talented individuals which forms the core staff of the company.

**Role Overview**:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in the company's success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. You will have the responsibility of three employees reporting to you, that you will mentor and train to ensure the best outcomes.

Working closely with the company's management and staff, you can contribute your ideas and expertise to improve overall company performance.

Your firm grasp of stock control and data management will be crucial in keeping inventory in check. And most importantly, you'll be responsible for product forecasting, ordering, and production planning, ensuring the company is well-prepared for future demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage stock control and ensure accurate reconciliation with the data storage system and manage regular stock takes across various stock locations.
- Strategically manage the warehouse, keeping in line with company policies and vision.
- Oversee the smooth operations of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with management and staff to continuously improve operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain high health and safety standards, hygiene, and security within the warehouse.
- Take charge of product forecasting, ordering, and production planning.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in stock control and inventory management.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and best practices.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to effectively forecast, plan, and order products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fun-loving and approachable personality, always willing to go the extra mile.
