**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated, efficient, and enthusiastic person to lead the Team of Administrators working within the outpatient clinics at Palmerston North Hospital. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Outpatient booking staff. For ensuring staff book clinic appointments and procedures in a patient focused and timely manner. Ongoing management of the waiting lists and communication with the Clinical Teams across the organisation is paramount.
The successful applicant will be professional, have a strong Administration background with excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and possess exceptional organisation skills. This person must also have proven skills in a Leadership capacity.
