AAR Construction Ltd is a well-established company specializing in new building projects, renovation work, and house landscaping. To meet the demands of our business operations, we are currently seeking three construction workers to fulfill various tasks on construction sites.

Description of the role

1-Study and understand blueprints to assess required tools, equipment, and supplies

2-Assist tradesmen with tasks such as carpentry, formwork, or steel fixing, etc

3-Aid in cutting and shaping wood components for installation purposes

4-Erect wood panels and frames during installation and joinery fittings as instructed

5-Maintain cleanliness on the construction site and ensure general tidiness

6-Lay block paving, tarmac surfacing, slabs and sandstone paving

7-Spread and level soil, gravel and sand on roads and driveways

8-Assist in the construction of stone or brick walls, retaining structures, paths, driveways, and car parks

**Construction Worker Job requirements**:
No formal qualification is required

Relevant NZ working experience is advantageous

Willingness to undergo training if necessary

Strong commitment to health and safety protocols

Physically fit and comfortable working at constrution sites

Hard-working and capable of multitasking

Ability to work proficiently with a variety of hand tools
