We have an opportunity for the position of Store Supervisor in our Grocery Store based in Rotorua. We are looking someone for a confident, responsible person with a high attention for detail and keen to work with us in busy Indian Grocery Shop. This role requires you to be flexible with working hours which includes weekends, late evening shifts including public holidays. This is a full-time vacancy with us which allows you to work for minimum 30 hours to 40 hours from Monday to Sunday from 9AM to 9PM depending on business requirement and as per roaster.

**Key responsibilities and requirements**:

- Provide outstanding customer service and build trust and loyalty
- Ensure the displays/shelves are appropriately stocked
- Responsible handling store independently in the absence of store owner.
- Responsible for responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services
- Responsible for examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
- Work with a passionate team to reach sales targets
- Processing payments and keeping up to date with daily admin tasks, including general cleanliness and presentation of the store
- Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
- Maintaining high store performance
- A natural ability to build rapport with any customer and assist them during their visit

**Job Requirements**:

- To be successful you must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or level 2 qualification in supervisory or higher
- A proactive approach, motivation to achieve and improve continuously
- Clean criminal record and Zero tolerance to drugs at workplace.
- Be physically fit and healthy
