Wellington City, New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation Full time

Our purpose at ACC is to improve lives every day. We put our customers first, showing manaakitanga and supporting their wellbeing. It’s to enable everyone in Aotearoa the freedom to live their lives knowing that if they need us, we’ll be there.

We have a newly created Coordinator opportunity in our People and Culture group. The People and Culture group provides human resources advice, services, and support to help attract, retain, and develop great people to work for ACC.

As a Coordinator at ACC, you’ll be joining one of New Zealand’s largest organisations that serves the people of Aotearoa every day. We offer hybrid working options, a 9% employer superannuation contribution, development opportunities, discounted life insurance and many other employee benefits.

**About the role**:
As our Coordinator, you’ll be part of a supportive team tasked with delivering business support to your group. There’s plenty of variety in your day to keep you busy and engaged. Some of the tasks you’ll be working on include scheduling and coordinating meetings (involving external and internal stakeholders), organising events, preparing and distributing documentation, processing invoices, updating registers, contributing to business process and system improvements, and even some project work from time to time. This role ensures the People and Culture group is effectively supported with the coordination of programme accountabilities, and stakeholder management activities.

**What you’ll need to be successful**:
You may have experience in a similar role, or you may come from a customer service background, where you have demonstrated the ability to stay organised, think logically during busy times, consider broader business aims, identify risk, and contribute positively to the success of the team. You’ll bring:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple stakeholders needs at once
- Initiative, and an ability to prioritise, plan and coordinate activities to achieve objectives
- Business writing skills, and strong attention to detail
- Awareness of working in a large corporate environment or government organisation.

In return, we offer a positive team environment, variety, and the opportunities to grow and develop.

**Working at ACC**:

- Employee networks to support our colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- The option to explore flexible working that suits your needs and ours.
- Development opportunities in te reo Māori me ngā tikanga.
