ARE1927 is looking for 2 Courier drivers with one of the fast paced company in Christchurch. We are one of the independent contractor based in Christchurch Canterbury looking for courier drivers to assist with deliveries of parcles to our customers.

We are looking for drivers on full time permanent basis. It will be on Rostered Basis from Monday to Sunday. So you will have to work over the Weeekend if required so.

**_ You will be resoponsible for:_**
- Arrive depot on time every morning for sorting out the Freight.
- Delivering Parcels on timely manner withou any delay.
- Communicate with the customer service team to provide an ETA or any other queries.
- Driving vehicle in a safe and proffesional manner.
- Ensure load is safe and secure while on the road.
- Comply with all the rules, Regulations and policies etc.
- It's driver responsibilty to leave the parcels in a secure area and follow the guidance.
- Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel to benefit the business.
- Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle and ensure to keep it clean and tidy at all times.
- follow company structure and guidance and any other tasks needs to be done time to time.

**_Skills we require:_**
- General good health and ability to pass the drug test.
- Needs to be physcially fit and strong and ability to lift 25kgs Parcels on daily basis.
- Must have Clean criminal record.
- Class 1 driving license required or equivalent overseas license and ability to convert into NZ one.
- Full training will be provided, if you are confident enough.
- Must be reliable, honest and ability for a long term commitment.
- Must be avaialble on weekends, Public holidays etc.

**_Other details:_**
- Pay rate will be in between $25 to $30 depending on the experience.
- Minimum hours per week will be 30 hours
- Maximum 60 hours.
- Rostered basis from Monday to Sunday. 1 to 2 days off.
- Working hours will be day time, early mornings are also required and weekend too.
- Location of work Christchurch Canterbury.
- Number of positions we are looking for : 2 drivers.
