Our 40-seat Technical Helpdesk meets the support needs of customers throughout New Zealand, utilising advanced help-desk technology, interactive phone systems, and on-line site connectivity to provide prompt resolution of all site issues. Our customers enjoy a seamless support model that is backed by extensive internal and external technical training, experienced in-house technical personnel and field technicians that are unrivalled for their expertise.

- Entry level IT customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
