Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora - Whanganui and MidCentral Districts
- Hospital and Specialist Services
- 2 roles, 6-month fixed term contract
Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.
**About the Role**
We're looking for two skilled and motivated HR People Partners to join our team on a fixed-term contract, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality P&C support across the business.
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations and the People Partnering Lead, you will provide end-to-end HR advice and services—supporting everything from day-to-day operational matters to the delivery of strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity to take ownership and work closely with senior leaders, helping shape people practices that align with business goals and support our districts.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team, where partnership is at the heart of how we work. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees across your assigned portfolios to understand their HR needs, provide practical guidance, and help them navigate both everyday matters and bigger strategic initiatives. Whether it's supporting the implementation of new policies, contributing to change and transformation programmes, or managing employee relations, you'll play an active role in enabling positive outcomes for both people and the organisation.
