**Senior ICT Systems Engineer**

Play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, security, and availability of Beca’s ICT infrastructure and systems.

As a Senior ICT Systems Engineer, you’ll work collaboratively across internal teams to proactively manage and maintain our technology environment, ensuring it remains robust, secure, and aligned with business needs.

You’ll be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure, staying abreast of emerging technologies and their applicability to Beca. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage client expectations, and share knowledge will help foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

- Tertiary qualification or applicable industry certifications
- Advanced experience in professional services or consulting environments
- Proven expertise in a wide variety of the Microsoft platform components. Example areas being M365 tenancy setup, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Dataverse and
- Strong background of core on premise technologies such as Windows server, Linux and Virtualization
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and systematic approach
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with energy and motivation
- Ability to manage delivery across multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Commitment to Beca’s Information Security Management System and HSE practices
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to team goals
