We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Chilled and Frozen Manager at Pak'nSave Papakura. As the Chilled and Frozen Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these key areas of our business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing a team, the financial performance of these departments, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. If you are an individual with a strong drive for achieving great results, possess great leadership and communication skills, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

Dependent on your skills and experience (ie if you are already a successful Chilled & Frozen Manager), you may also be given the opportunity to take on responsibility for our Liquor and General Merchandise teams. If this is to occur, then this will be discussed and agreed with you prior to your appointment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Excel in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Meeting key financial targets (GP, TP, and wages).
- Be a good negotiator Lead activities and promotions with passion.
- Ensure operational standards are consistently met.
- Keep displays consistently appealing and well-stocked.
- Craft staff schedules for optimal coverage.
- Champion safety guidelines with commitment.

- Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong numerical proficiency.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven track record in department management.
- Valuable experience in FMCG or food retail.

**Hours and Days of Work**:
**Sunday through to Thursday 5:00 am - 2:30 pm (45 hours per week).**
