Mitre10 MEGA is New Zealand's number one home improvement store. The Napier and Hastings stores are 100% owned and operated by the Ricketts family, locals who have been trusted in the Bay since 1961. From small beginnings in Taradale, the family business is now one of the largest retail businesses in the Bay - now employing over 250 people locally.

We are looking for salespeople to fill a number of part time roles in different departments, including
- Paint - various part time shifts
- Hardware - 16 hours per week
- Flooring & Lighting - 16.5 hours per week
- Seasonal - 21.5 hours per week

We want to keep growing our amazing team with more exceptional talent. For us, this means hiring team players with a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic. Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but it's your strong personal values that align with ours that will make you successful at Mitre10 MEGA.

Experience in providing great customer service is paramount and knowing a bit about DIY will set you apart from other applicants. This is an opportunity to put your skills to the test and become an integral member of our Team.

In these roles you will report to the department Team Leader. We have part-time roles available which will require you to work to a roster, including some weekend work.
