The Opportunity

We are growing and changing Launching under our Epicure brand we have an exciting new role for an outstanding individual as our Retail, Food & Catering Manager.

This is a terrific senior leadership opportunity providing effective leadership to our people ensuring a highly motivated and productive retail food and catering Operations team consistently delivering against contract requirements. This role can be based Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch and the successful applicant must be willing and able travel nationally.

**Overall, the role will**:

Be accountable for the management of commercial results and operational delivery across all retail food and catering contracts

Foster business connections and develop new business opportunities

and maintain site-based customer relationships across the region

Important Skills

You will have 5 years + multi-site/regional operational and client relationship management experience in the retail food and catering industry, working in a highly competitive and commercial environment. You will also have a strong change management background along with strong financial and P & L experience.
