**Here’s an overview of our Accelerated Pathways**:

- **Duration**:

- 7 months
- **Part 1**:

- Rea Academy 15 weeks - part-time, virtual study from anywhere, after hours - 12-15 hours per week (Tue-Thurs 7-9pm live-online)
- **Part 2**:

- Cadetship onsite with a tier one employer (including consultancies, government and household names in Auckland or Christchurch), 3 months - full-time, paid at the living wage ($22.75)
- **Full-time employment**:

- after graduation from the cadetship - you have a job Likely salary $50 - 60K+
- **Administration fee**:$250 to secure your place & pay nothing until you start earning $50k+, then monthly payments on your 0% interest loan over 2 years
- **Performance-based scholarships for Māori & Pasifika learners; **if awarded, your tuition is covered & you pay nothing even when you start earning

- work partly with people and closely with technology to create, code & automate solutions across the core Salesforce platform that helps businesses thrive
