**About Us**: Join Enrich Academy the afterschool teaching institute in Auckland, where we foster a love for learning and provide students with a variety of engaging extracurricular activities. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chess Teacher to inspire and guide young minds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach chess to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
- Develop lesson plans and strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Organize and oversee chess tournaments and events.
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve their skills and understanding of chess.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience teaching chess to children and teenagers.
- Strong knowledge of chess strategies, rules, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
- Ability to organize and manage chess-related activities and events.
- Relevant certifications or awards in chess organizations are a plus.
