**About the Role**

Primarily a relationship-based role you will be liaising with clients with your knowledge and experience within the civil market developing and maintaining relationships, producing tenders for both private and public sectors, writing contracts, managing multiple contacts ensuring requirements are met and maintained.

**Day-to-day duties will include**
- Management and delivery of contract requirements on multiple projects.
- Planning and organising teams, equipment, and resources.
- Communicating daily with Project managers and Foremen.
- Maintenance of contracts and relationships.
- Claims of variation processing.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in contract management is essential within the civil market managing multiple projects
- Civil engineering degree would be preferable although not essential.
- The ability to manage people and maintain a healthy culture
- High levels of communication at all levels
