With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.
**The Opportunity**
Te Whatu Ora, Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua, MidCentral is the Healthy Homes Initiative (HHI) provider for the MidCentral rohe. The aim of the HHI is to increase the number of tamariki and their whānau/aiga living in warm, dry, and healthy homes and consequently enhance their health and wellbeing i.e., by reducing the number of housing-related hospitalisations.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a programme that works with partners within communities to meet the needs of local whānau. The programme has the potential to significantly improve the health of tamariki and whānau.
We are looking for an experienced Programme Leader. If you have excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills and are passionate about developing strong and effective partnerships to achieve improved health outcomes for whānau then this could be the role for you
The role is 0.6 FTE.
