Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with one of our Product Owners (who you'd report to) and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role): What are five day-to-day tasks the tūranga will complete? - Managing BNZ Identities & their access to BNZ systems using identity tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ and Cyberark - Assisting internal customer with access enquiries, incident response and technical tautoko (support). - Ensuring all Identity Access Management Service Levels are met. - Collaborating with Senior Analysts and Developers on customer experience, oversight and identity lifecycle initiatives. - Identification of risk events and takes immediate appropriate action to manage risk.
