**We are looking for a Butchery 2IC to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Clarence St**

We are looking for an experienced Butchery 2IC or supervisor to take responsibility for providing quality desirable meats at great prices, while exceeding financial targets and key measures

**The Role**:

- Create, drive and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for
- Organising the consistent offer of quality meats from Value packs to store made sausages and small goods.
- Seek and develop product strategies to wow our customers, at prices they will drive past competitors for.
- Exceed key financial measures of CTP, Sales, Wastage, GP, stocktake accuracy
- Provide the team an awesome place to work, keeping them motivated, happy and healthy

**What are we looking for**:

- 1 year of experience in a Butchery leadership role, an experienced Butcher with knowledge of all aspects of a retail Butchery preferred.
- Excellent record of compliance with food safety and other legislative requirements.
- Leadership capability you can demonstrate, with an ability to listen, advise and come up with operationally savvy, customer driven solutions
- Logical operational thinking, reasoning and problem solving
- Applied performance coaching, training and development of your people, including supporting through apprenticeship.
- 6 months experience with SAP Buyers Workbench at a high proficiency in a butchery environment is preferred.
