**About the Role**

We have an excellent opportunity for an agile and empathetic leader to join our established Possum Bourne Retirement Village in Pukekohe, as our new Village Manager. In this large village, with over 500 residents, we are seeking a strong, positive and proven leader.

You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises of independent living, serviced apartments and residential care, ensuring exceptional and compassionate care that is good enough for Mum or Dad, is provided to all our residents.

This role is supported by an experienced senior management team and gives you the scope to further develop with our Ryman Lead and Empower programme.

**About You**

With extensive staff management and proven leadership experience, you'll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive, empathetic, approachable and an all-round people person. You'll have experience creating, developing and motivating multi-disciplined teams and will thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment - No day is the same

You will enjoy being involved in your local community, with your fun personality, energy and resilience being matched by your excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a clear and concise communicator with financial acumen to drive the village performance.
