Are you a detail-driven leader with a knack for keeping things moving behind the scenes? We're on the lookout for an **Inwards Goods Supervisor** to take charge of our warehouse operations and help keep our shelves stocked and our customers smiling.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Reporting to our Retail Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all incoming stock. That means:

- Coordinating deliveries from suppliers
- Ensuring stock is accurately checked, entered into our inventory system, and ready to hit the shop floor
- Keeping things flowing smoothly so our customers get what they need, when they need it

This is a **full-time role**, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during busy periods.

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**

We’re after someone who’s hands-on, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need:

- A full driver’s licence
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Great planning and communication skills
- Physical fitness - this role involves lifting, standing, and ladder use

Previous experience in warehousing or inventory management is a big plus.

- Leading, coaching, and supporting our Inwards Goods team
- Working independently and as part of a tight-knit team
- Handling stock movements and forklift operations
- Communicating clearly across all levels of the business
- Maintaining high standards and a safe, tidy workspace
