Housekeeping Manager

Three Palms Lodge in Papatoetoe is currently recruiting for a Hospitality Manager.

You must have at least three years of relevant business/ hospitality/ retail/ customer service experience and/or a relevant qualification.

You will be managing the housekeeping functions of the Motel.

Some of the tasks that you are require to conduct include:

- Managing administration
- Managing guests
- Manage inventory of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, printing and stationary for the rooms, linen, etc. and to check that they are handled and stored correctly
- Ensures all company minimum brand standards have been implemented,
- ensure through effective supervision that all services offered in the Housekeeping Department are carried out with the utmost efficiency, quality and courtesy
- Preparation and maintenance of Housekeeping department rosters and attendance records.
- Spot-checking rooms with Housekeeping/ maintenance to ensure that service standards are being achieved
- Taking a pro-active approach to cleaning of the property, and taking pride in the appearance of the property

The pay rate for this role will be $28- $32 per hour

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
