Liquor Store Manager

SHIVAM ANIKET HOLDINGS LIMITED trading as Pokeno Liquor are seeking a motivated and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Pokeno Liquor.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the liquor store, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health and safety requirements.
Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Supervise, train, and roster staff to ensure efficient store performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor industry; and/or a relevant qualification (e.g., Retail Management, Business, or Hospitality).
Strong knowledge of liquor licensing requirements and store operational standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Location: Pokeno, Auckland
Employment Type: Full-time (minimum 30 hours per week)
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
