What We're Looking For:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you should possess:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment preferred, particularly in the blue-collar space. Or interested in beginning your recruitment career and 1-2 years experience in sales.
- A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and staff.
- Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture.
- A valid driver's license (full or restricted).
- Accountability, a can-do attitude, and a genuine concern for health, safety, and wellbeing.
