First impressions are everything Your warm smile will be the first one our guests notice when they enter our doors You will be responsible for providing premium service to our guests and that they feel welcomed to Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport. Along with delivering our guests an inviting space to spend time in, you will be assisting guests with all of their luggage as they check in and out, creating an excellent guest experience that will encourage them to stay with us in the near future. - Support the Head Concierge and the Welcomers in making sure that all of our guests feel welcome and that their belongings are handled with care and efficiently - Be present at the Concierge desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests and visitors when requested. - Ensure the lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors, remain clean and presentable at all times. Conducting regular checks - Park and retrieve guest's cars with care (where applicable) - Escort guests to their room, placing luggage in room and sparking excitement around the hotel - Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner **Qualifications** You will be: - Previously employed in Front Office or have prior experience in a Porter/Concierge role, it is preferred but not essential - Assisting guests with valet parking - Full Driver's License is a must - An individual who is dedicated to ensuring that every guest has a satisfactory and unforgettable experience - Guaranteeing every guest has a warm welcome upon arrival and at check-out, and that all of their needs are fulfilled - Possessing an approachable demeanor, the capacity to take charge, and the ability to multitask - Lifting and carrying guest luggage throughout your shift.
