**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The work of the Organisational Culture Development function is to enable Te Whatu Ora to operate at its best, whilst developing the capability and agility of the teams and leaders to deliver on Te Whatu Ora's vision, purpose, values, and priorities.
The primary focus of this role is to:
- drive a kaimahi-led approach and adopt human-centred design to identify and recommend opportunities for improving kaimahi experiences at Te Whatu Ora
- imbue a genuine sense of belonging amongst kaimahi
- collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusion and belonging
- provide guidance and support to leaders and employees in building inclusive practices and behaviours; and
- foster partnerships with employee resource groups and diverse communities to enhance engagement and representation.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Driving a kaimahi-led approach and adopt human-centred design to identify and recommend opportunities for improving kaimahi experiences.
- Conducting analysis to understand kaimahi experiences with policies, processes, and practices, and to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Considerable experience in implementation of people-centred large-scale culture change programmes in large organisations.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in developing and implementing programmes, frameworks, initiatives, principles and practices and the assessment thereof.
- Proven ability to influence, constructively challenge and build effective relationships with all levels of the organisation and with stakeholders, helping others to embrace change and achieve desired outcomes.
