Our client is a local software solution company with an established and growing international client base. This is a unique chance for a graduate or junior to join a dedicated team in a role that offers the opportunity to work across a variety of sales, marketing and business administration functions.

This is a newly formed role that the successful applicant can really make their own. As well as great support and mentorship this company offers flexibility, professional development and a collaborative team environment.

This is a full time, permanent role, based in the Christchurch office.

**What you will do**:
This is a role that will see you assisting the sales, marketing and business administration functions. Initial duties will include:

- Supporting the Bid Manager and Business Development Executive as they grow their market share in the US.
- Supporting the Bid Manager and Business Development Executive in their efforts to grow their client base in Australasia and other markets.
- Helping write and distribute newsletters to clients using Mailchimp.
- Ensuring the CRM is keep up to date with relevant client information.
- Proofreading and tailoring client documentation to ensure that the language and tone is correct and reflective of the target clients location.
- Writing Wordpress posts and blogs, and tweaking Google Adwords.
- Ad-hoc tasks that assist the sales, marketing, management and technical teams.

Once established and successful in the role it is hoped that, over time duties will be expanded to include assisting with sales, product pricing, product demonstrations, research and business case preparation.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
To be considered for this role you will hold a relevant degree ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar.

Previous experience or training with Excel, MailChimp, CRM systems and marketing tools are useful however your positive attitude, adaptability and motivation to develop your career will be everything in this role.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism and an established proven work ethic.

You will be a fast learner, possess lots of initiative, have an eye for detail and be reliable.

You must be able to work and communicate with a wide variety of professional disciplines within your team, and with clients and vendors.
