We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented organized and passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Location: Auckland

Position: Warehouse Assistant

Reports to: Director

Responsibilities and Accountability:
The position is responsible for the following:
Receiving handling storing picking and packing activities within the warehouse ensuring storage and dispatch of warehouse materials to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse and customer demand.

Tasks Include:

- Accurate handling of all incoming stock with data entry and inspection
- Operate machine to unload delivery trucks and stock movement
- Maintain daily activities of the warehouse including inventory control space management logistics floor productivity and shipping
- Print labels and prepare consignment notices - ensuring accurate entries of the product and details of storage location
- Weigh pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Provide timely feedback to all levels in the organization involve others in problem-solving when needed and see all responsibilities through to a successful completion.
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review analyze and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Maintain general housekeeping duty such as inspect and maintain equipment tools and machinery regularly.

**No prior work experience is required for this role but could be an advantage. Priority will be given to local NZ residence/citizens.**

Job Requirements:
Location: Auckland Manurewa

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am-6pm 5 days per week

Payment: Hourly Rate $30NZD per hour

Minimum guaranteed house of work per week : 40 hrs
