**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Digital Acquisition, this role will be responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of SEO strategies to improve the authority of the UP Education websites. This role requires the ability to form close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will also be working across multiple websites at once. Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with the development of the SEO strategy organic performance and growing organic conversions.
- Assist with KPIs and benchmarks for organic website traffics
- Conduct keyword research regularly, optimise websites with new SEO keywords and identify content opportunities.
- Execute link building strategy via various methods
- Analyse competitor websites, their organic search content and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools and report on performance regularly.
- Create and manage AB tests for ongoing website improvements.

**About you**:
You will describe yourself as a someone who can work autonomously and meet deadlines, working on multiple projects at one time. You will have outstanding time-management and communication skills. Ideally, you will have 2-3 years experience in SEO- having worked with SEO tools such as SEMRush and different CMS, ideally Contentful, or a willingness to learn.

You will also need:

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Understanding of schema markup and Google Knowledge Graph
- Understanding what types of content perform well in organic search
- Understanding of UI/UX and CRO
- Strong commitment to on-time delivery and quality assurance
