**Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is crucial in managing our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD) events, and supporting various L&OD initiatives.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage usability, content, and course structure within the LMS - be the LMS admin & champion
- Manage usability and data within engagement and recognitions platforms - being the admin and supporting other users.
- Coordinate face-to-face, online, and digital L&OD events.
- Provide first-line support for L&OD queries and system issues.
- Generate and analyse reports to measure progress and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Systems team to enhance L&OD systems functionality.

**What you will need**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an LMS Administrator (experience using Totara is preferred, but not essential).
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
- Strong customer service skills and a responsive attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT and vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field is desired.
