Pak n Save Tauriko in the lovely Bay of Plenty is looking for a Deli 2IC to join our friendly and motivated team. The purpose of this role is to assist the Department Manager in maximising sales and achieving specified profit margins whilst managing expenses, stock levels and the Department Team so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

This is a full-time permanent role, Sunday to Thursday assisting with leading a team of 15 team members.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen duties
- Assisting with the leadership of the team
- Help to ensure the shop is full fresh and appealing throughout the hours of trade
- Maintain Health and Safety and Food Safety Compliance in the Department.
- Maintain 100% price integrity in the department.

**ESSENTIAL**
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.

**DESIRED**
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good basic math's skills
- FMCG experience
- Fresh food or food retail experience
