**About the Role**

This position provides ongoing account management support for existing and new clients who are high net worth individuals such as CEO/CFO's for their personal domestic requirements in what we refer to as our Aon Private Client practice in Auckland.

Our office is located in a prime position in Auckland CBD on Custom Street just a stones throw away from the waterfront and Commercial Bay.

Some of your responsibilities will include
- Managing client servicing requirements
- Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
- Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders and underwriters
- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations
- Working across our team of Exective Director to support them with their clients.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- This role requires you hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification
- Proven experience in insurance broking
- The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- This role requires you hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
