Golden Spring Chinese Restaurant based in Napier is in need of two full-time Chinese cuisine cooks. We require proactive and adaptable cooks with broad skill set who love to work in a busy kitchen.

**Job Details**:

- **Hourly Rate**: $25 - $30 NZD
- **Work Hours**: 30 - 60 hours per week
- **Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

**Tasks include**:

- Prepare and cook authentic dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Inspect ingredient quality and measure components for menu items.
- Maintain food inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
- Present dishes attractively before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu planning, cost estimation, and staff training.
