Are you ready to step up into a Full Time Senior Cashier role? We'd love to hear from you

**The role**:
Our Senior Cashiers provide a high-level service to our customers as well as regular and ongoing assistance to the operational performance of Cashiers. You'll be the expert in your field and will be the go-to when the Cashiers require support and guidance, so you'll need to know your stuff You'll have a wealth of experience in a Cashiering role, able to perform a wide variety of functions and you'll be well equipped to deal with technical and process related queries from the team. Along with the regular support, you'll also be supporting the training of new cashiers joining the team.

**You**:
You'll be someone with exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy. Ideally, you'll have previous supervisory experience and you regularly display leadership qualities. Among many responsibilities, you'll be assisting the cashiers with customer disputes, so you'll have the natural ability to know how to manage and when to escalate. You'll have heaps of cash handling experience along with excellent communication skills and you'll be someone with a bubbly and vibrant personality who goes above and beyond for every customer.

**The must-have's**:
As our business is a busy, fast paced 24/7 operation there is a lot of variety across our shift patterns and hours of work can vary. The position we have available does require flexibility to work across weekends, nights and public holidays. You will also need to be over 20 years in order to obtain a Certificate of Approval along with a good credit history.
