Village Maintenance Person

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as Village Maintenance Person. This will initially be a Part-Time Position on a roster from Tuesday to Thursday. The contract will only be for a minimum of 15hrs per week.

This role will be great for someone who enjoys manual tasks around the village such as but not limited to:

- Helping new residents move into the village, including moving furniture.
- Collection and disposal of rubbish as scheduled
- Assisting with varied Maintenance / Cleaning Tasks as per the maintenance program
- Promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere in the village

About You:  
- Good fitness as heavy lifting is required
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills 
- A reliable, friendly and professional manner 
- A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to multitask.
