**Senior Test Analyst**

Based in New Zealand

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Test Analyst to join our super-talented team to deliver great software outcomes for the customer service industry.

Our Test Analysts will be champions of product quality and usability. They thrive on understanding how our software will be used in real world scenarios and ensuring the software will delight our customers.

**Purpose of Position**
This is a hands-on Senior Test Analyst role with responsibility for working within a multi-disciplined product development team to contribute to the features, quality and scalability of the product and documentation. You’ll achieve this through a mix of critical analysis, modern testing methodologies while actively working within a collaborative team team as we build a new generation of contact centre productivity software.

**Knowledge**
- A structured logical approach to analysis, execution, communication and problem resolution.
- Windows Server - administration, deployment and domain experience.
- Networking and network level troubleshooting - e.g. Wireshark, SIP
- Product development in an agile team environment.
- Previously worked in an Agile environment

**Key Accountabilities**
- Effectively designing and executing test plans/strategies and communicating the testing requirements to your agile team.
- Understands project goals and quality requirements and works effectively within the project team and the wider R&D team to meet these.
- Proposes and adopts ideas to enable continuous improvement of personal and organizational product development practices with a quality focus.
- Designs and leads regression testing plans for full product release as well as patch releases.
- Leads continuous real world bug testing scenarios on regular intervals.
- Contributes to the expansion of Enghouse’s automated test execution capability by implementing new tests and monitoring existing tests.
