Seeking tech assistants for a busy commercial laboratory in Lynfield West Auckland over the summer.

We need people to join the Wash up, Sample Sorting and Sample preparation teams in Microbiology and Chemistry.

For this role you will be working on a Flexible hours basis, and availability during both on weekdays and weekends will be required.

**This role involves manual work to support the wider laboratory teams, with f **ull training provided. Responsibilities will include**:

- Cleaning glassware
- Lifting and transferring Glassware
- Disposing of chemicals and rubbish
- Laundry duties
- Preparation of samples for testing

**Ideally we are looking for someone who has**:

- Previous kitchen hand/hospitality or supermarket type experience
- Be available to work weekends
- Be available to work early and late shifts
- Be physically fit as some lifting may be involved
- Be available to start immediately
