**A bit about Fortuna**

Fortuna is our very own buffet style restaurant which features a live carvery, freshly baked breads, Asian specialities and a fantastic range of fresh salads and an extensive selection of homemade, tasty desserts. Fortuna is perfect for a number of occasions, especially for large groups that want to indulge in a wide range of delicious cuisine.

**A bit about the role**

As a Steward, you will be supporting the Chefs to make sure their kitchens are spick and span and that they have enough clean and pots and pans throughout the service. You will also help the Front of House team by ensuring our valued customers always have clean dishes on hand so we can serve them their delicious meals. This involves stacking dishwashers, cleaning fridges and floors, clearing rubbish and other ad hoc kitchen duties.
